Owner & Physical Therapist
Yuriy Babadzhanov

Yuriy is a licensed physical therapist with nearly a decade of clinical experience and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Long Island University (LIU) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hunter College, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how the mind and body work together in healing.
His background includes acute care and inpatient rehabilitation at Methodist Hospital, as well as one-on-one in-home physical therapy. These experiences allow Yuriy to tailor treatment plans to each patient’s unique goals, whether recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or improving balance and mobility.
Yuriy has advanced training in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), Functional Mobilization, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Kinesiotherapy. Patients appreciate his calm presence, clear communication, and genuine focus on helping them regain strength, independence, and confidence in daily life.
Outside the clinic, Yuriy enjoys biking, hiking, camping, and a thoughtful game of chess.
Owner & Occupational Therapist
Mikhail Ilyasov

Mikhail is a licensed occupational therapist, educator, and lifelong learner dedicated to helping patients move better, feel stronger, and live fuller lives. Whether guiding a patient through post-surgical rehabilitation or teaching future clinicians, he brings the same thoughtful, evidence-based approach to every interaction.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, and a Ph.D. in Leadership with a focus on Health Science. Mikhail specializes in hand therapy, orthopedic aftercare, neurological rehabilitation, and complex post-surgical recovery. He is actively pursuing his Certification in Hand Therapy and continues advanced training in custom splint fabrication.
In addition to his clinical work, Mikhail teaches at York College, Hofstra University, and the Medical University of South Carolina, where he instructs courses in anatomy, kinesiology, and hands-on cadaver-based learning.
Outside the clinic, Mikhail enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring the connection between movement and mindset—bringing that curiosity and balance into his work with patients every day.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Brian Salmeron

Brian is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant known for his positive energy, strong patient connections, and genuine passion for helping people feel their best.
He studied Kinesiology at Brooklyn College, where his interest in human movement and recovery first took shape, and went on to earn his Physical Therapy Assistant license from Kingsborough Community College. Brian is also a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner, using evidence-based taping techniques to help reduce pain, improve function, and support active recovery.
Patients appreciate Brian’s upbeat attitude, attentive listening, and ability to meet them where they are—whether recovering from surgery or working toward returning to sport and daily activities. He blends clinical knowledge with encouragement and humor, creating an environment where patients feel confident and supported throughout their care.
Outside the clinic, Brian enjoys beach volleyball, trail running, and discovering new anime favorites. He believes movement is medicine and that trust, positivity, and human connection play a vital role in every successful recovery.
